I started my career at Vale, a global Brazilian multinational mining company, leader in its sector, where I had a 10-year cycle. After that, I joined Philips as HR Director for Lighting Division and was also Head of Talent Acquisition for Latin America to the 3 business divisions of Philips. Later on the road, I joined Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies in Brazil, where my main challenge as HR Director was to lead Talent Acquisition end to end strategy and processes, providing talent services and solutions with my team to all business divisions in Brazil and then Latin America. Finally, as of Oct/2017, I became HR Vice President at Puratos, leading the evolution of HR function in Latin America and being part of the Global HR Leadership Team.
