Silvina started her career in HR at EDS with focus in Recruiting and delivery, then she moved to one of the business units being responsible for Payroll and Administration at HP for Argentina, Chile and Venezuela. In 2010 she started working at Dell in HR for the south of Latam. In 2013 she was promoted to HR Manager for MCLA and expanded her role in 2015, being responsible for HR LATAM for the Commercial Organization, Marketing and Sales Operations. After more than 12 years in regional positions, she moved to Microsoft as HR Director for Argentina and Chile, being part of the Board. In October 2020, she expanded her role and took the responsibility of HR Commercial Enterprise and Public Sector in LATAM.
Silvina has a strong business acumen in IT companies, her focus was based on HR business strategy, workforce planning, talent development and was also involved in merges, acquisitions & integrations.
Silvina has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of Buenos Aires and a Specialization degree in Human Resources from same University. During 2012 she finished her Human Resources Executive Program at University Torcuato Di Tella and in 2015 her Master in Business Administration at University of San Andres. Silvina has a strong academical background being professor at the University of Buenos Aires, in the Master in Human Resources, in UCEMA at the Master in Business Administration, at the University of Tucuman in the Master in Human Resources and in the University of San Andres in the Master in Human Resources.
